A striking antique brass hexagonal hall lantern, displaying elegant architectural proportions and beautifully aged original character.
The lantern features a six-sided brass frame with tall glazed panels, surmounted by a decorative pitched crown with turned finials and a traditional central suspension fitting. Further ornamental detailing beneath the body gives the piece a particularly refined silhouette, typical of high-quality late Victorian and Edwardian lighting.
The brass has developed a wonderfully warm, naturally aged patina, enhancing the lantern’s authentic period appearance. Its generous scale and strong geometric form make it an impressive statement light, particularly suited to an entrance hall, stairwell, hallway, vestibule or period interior.
Rewired and PAT tested for safety and ready for installation.
