Item Description
An impressive antique carved stone counter or desk with hardwood. The stone frieze originated as an Oriel window from a demolished 18th Century stately home. The counter displays beautifully carved panels and corbels, which have been used creatively. The stone and wood both have some dinks and chips, commensurate with age and use. There are additional shelves and oak cladding sections that have not been photographed. The measurements listed below are overall. The total depth listed below includes the wood panel. The internal width measures: 226cm, internal depth: 117cm and bar depth: 44cm. The corbels measures: 24cm (w) x 56cm (h) x 14cm (d). The plinth measures: 17.5 (h).
