A striking pair of 1970s hallmarked Jorma Laine 830 silver dangling 'Kinetic Fireworks' earrings in all original and very good condition, they are light and easy to wear.
Both earrings bear the mark of a winged hammer for Kultateollisuus Ky, for whom JL created many items of jewellery through the 1960/70s.
Kultateollisuus Ky was founded in Turku in 1899. It is a renowned Finnish manufacturer known for high-quality modernist and brutalist jewellery, particularly during the 1960s and 1970s. It is famous for collaborations with designers like Jorma Laine, producing abstract and sculptural pieces in silver.
