Vintgage D'orlan 1980S Clip-On Earrings

A delightful pair of vintage 1980s D'Orlan clip-on drop earrings, with a slightly articulated drop that just adds a little bit of delicate movement to this feminine pair. They catch the light beautifully, and the mix of brightly coloured cabochons and Swarovski crystals stand out beautifully against the 22K gold plating this quality costume jewellery company is well known for. 

They sit light, easily and secure on the ear and you'll be able to wear them all night long without any discomfort. Approx 3.5cm drop.

About D'Orlan :

D'Orlan was founded in Toronto, Canada in 1957 by Maurice Bradden. It acquired the Marcel Boucher company in 1979. In 1984, D'Orlan formed a partnership with the fashion house Nina Ricci to produce costume and precious jewellery under the Nina Ricci brand, utilizing D'Orlan's high quality 22-karat triple-plated finish. Well respected for it's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and use of Swarovski crystals and Japanese pearls, D'Orlan ceased operating in March 2006.
