Item Description
Circa 1820-30s French lovely cotton fichu quilt with a white centre bordered by luscious madder rose and bleu de pastel flowers nestling amongst green leaves and foliage.The border a leafy patterned stripe on a red ground.
In a good overall and as found antique condition with some faded marks and small faded stain at the white center.
The reverse is of two small scale cotton prints with uneven colouring and some staining.
The fichu center:95cm x 96cm.
