Item Description
An Upholstered Sarcophagus Ottoman.
Circa 1870 Made in Ireland.
Traditionally upholstered top / lid with webbing and horsehair fillings, this lid opens to a storage box.
The box frame is made from pine and has mahogany carved clover detail, and the legs are also mahogany just lighter in colour.
Each leg is turned and carved and has brass and porcelain castors.
Metric: Width 61cm x Depth 61cm x Height 40cm.
Imperial Width 2 ft x Depth 2 ft x Height 1 ft 3¾".
