This is an antique side table. An English, mahogany occasional table by Waring & Gillow, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
An elegant table, with great colour and fine English craftsmanship
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Select stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
Classic circular form, ideal for placing lamps, afternoon tea stands or wine glasses
Broad drum apron accentuated with a carved rope effect leading edge
Distinctive chamfered knees accentuated with scrolled detail
Standing upon elegant, slender cabriole legs with prominent pad feet
Maker's marks for Waring & Gillow to the underside, replete with serial number
