Item Description
A fabulous 18th century York Stone pig trough. The hand carved sandstone trough is of traditional circular shape with a central raised roundel allowing the pigs to feed. Beautifully weathered with a fantastic colour and patina. In very good condition with some minor cracks and fault lines none of which seem to go through the trough and most likely were caused during the hand carving.
