Item Description
Antique French mirror, circa 1880, with four curved corners. The wide, gently outcurving main section of the frame is decorated with an etched gilt design of simplified flowers and leaves. The gold leaf is burnished inside the etched design, leaving the outer areas matt, and this lifts the decoration, making it more noticeable, as it catches the light. The original glass is in very good condition with just a hint of age and gives an excellent reflection.
