Item Description
A French cherrywood dining table of superior proportions being an impressive 2.5 metres long by 89 cm wide. The top to this beautiful table consists of four solid cherrywood timbers with the bonus of a bread slide to one end allowing another 40 cm length in surface space if required. The timbers have developed the most glorious soft colour over the past near two centuries together with a richly patinated surface. It stands well on four elegant tapering legs at the correct knee height, perfect for comfortable dining. The table top has a neatly closed flat surface with no gaps or wobbles and will easily seat 10 / 12 dinner guests. Solid cherrywood dining table circa 1850.
