Antique large fine quality gilt wall mirror or overmantle 19th Century, with a Fox hunting theme. Lovely charm and elegance.
An impressive rare find, that would look amazing in the right location. No loose joints or woodworm.
The mirrored glass is in good condition, with only light oxidation and minor age related imperfections.
Overall maximum dimensions: 105cmH x 75cmW x 7mD.
The frame is in good antique condition, with minor historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, losses and sympathetic refinishing/touching up. The frame has been historically re-gilded with real gold leaf, but now has a nice wear and charm (see pictures).
