A fine quality large oil on canvas Cityscape painting artwork by Pierre Peltier 1927. The painting depicts a tugboat in trouble on the Seine at Pont Neuf. Titled 'La Seine au Pont Neuf'. This bears many similarities to the artist's painting used on the cover of 'Monsieur Magazine' in December 1922, considered to be the style epitome of the age.
