A set of four 18th-century Dutch Delft plates, decorated in blue and white with a garden scene of oversized flowers and foliage along a country fence, the rim finished by an elegant orange line. A frieze of florals, foliage and garlands adorns the lip. The lush brushwork and geometric patterns create a sense of abundance, while the graceful frieze of the lip adds refinement.
A rare set of four identical plates, combining classic elegance with charming scenery, in very good condition.
