A rare collection of twelve mid 20th Century WW2 hand carved combat figures

This rare collection would have been used in military combat plans, to position soldiers in the field of warfare. Each figure is hand carved from wood and hand painted with naïve detail as shown. Stood on pine bases with aged wear and tear. 12 figures in total as part of this collection.

In overall very presentable good solid condition, with lots of natural wear and tear in the form of missing detail (boots), faded painted surface and chips and scuffs to the surfaces. These item are well used and aged so please expect this in the condition of each figure.
