Item Description
An English carved wooden rocking horse, attributed to G & J Lines of London with head down in a 'racing' position, on bow rockers.
In It’s original untouched country house condition, looses to the original painted surface and gesso, craquelure, elderly signs of wood worm (long departed) at the base of the rocker. All accumulating to a wonderful decorative look.
Late 19th century in age, the piece is structurally sound.
