Item Description
A charming folk art pen and ink sketch of a Native Oceania gent by the shoreline, with a large vessel in the back ground. Likely to be of been penned in Papua New Guinea as the tribesman has what appears to be a bone through his nose.
Age related discolouration and fading, with some small areas of loss around the edges of the paper.
Later housed in a period glazed maple frame with gilt slip.
