Item Description
An interesting pair of 17th century limestone pier caps, sourced from Canterbury.
Well weathered, these were possibly formerly used as column sections or gate finials. They feature fine grain limestone, carved with an ornate belt around the middle and hollowed out centres.
We are selling a similar solid pair under Stock No. 31598.
