This exceptional pair of Georgian demi-lune console tables, dating to the George III period, exemplify the restrained elegance and disciplined design principles of late-18th-century English furniture. Each table stands on Marlborough legs, a hallmark of Georgian design, characterised by their straight, square form and understated strength. The tables retain their solid mahogany construction and are finished in a later specialist distressed mottled chalky antique white, carefully layered to respect the age and structure of the pieces while enhancing their decorative appeal.
