Item Description
Very attractive, 1940s, narrow-framed, Venetian mirror decorated with elongated scallop cuts on both inner and outer edges of the frame and a central row of "bubbles". Each corner of the mirror is secured with a bevelled square glass piece decorated with a central flower and mid-way down each long side the flower decoration is repeated, set in a circular piece of bevelled glass. All the pieces are held to the mirror with silver metal screws. The central glass has just a hint of age and gives an excellent reflection and this lovely, original mirror can be hung portrait, as photographed, or landscape.
