Item Description
These cushions are made from a vintage, thick cotton blanket or bedcover from Adana in South Turkey. The cover was hand woven in hand spun cotton, that was coloured with natural dyes. The loom was narrow, 20" wide so widths were sewn together to get the bigger piece. As with many hand loomed textiles, the pattern isn't accurate so its been impossible to match it at the seams of the cushion. I think the colours are really beautiful. There are zip fasteners and deluxe feather inserts.
