A really nice heavy quality wing armchair dating to the early 20th Century with unusual ebonised wood base.
We’ve re-upholstered this fabulous comfortable armchair in a charcoal grey/graphite linen fabric. The wood was beech with an unexciting grain, so we’ve had it ebonised which creates a more striking effect.
We consider antique armchairs like this to be excellent value today. The quality is up there with new high-end pieces by companies like George Smith for a fraction of the price and far better than standard mass produced chairs like Parker Knoll. Here you have a unique piece.
77cms wide, back height 124cms, seat height 49cms, depth 88cms
ConditionVery good condition, restored and re upholstered in graphite colour, heavy slub linen.
