Pair of Ib Kofod Larsen teak armchairs by G Plan from Danish range newly upholstered
These lovely chairs rarely come up for sale. Here we have a low back and a high back version. They were designed by the well known Danish designer Ib Kofod Larsen for G Plan as part of a premium Danish range in about 196 . They were only made for 3 or 4 years and sold in small numbers at the time.
Stylish shaped sculptured arms and frames with upholstered backs and seats.
We’ve cleaned the solid teak frames which have the G Plan Danish gold stamp with Kofod Larsen signature. One of them has a factory production date of 1963.
70cms wide, seat height 43cms, back height 82cms low chair, 92cms high
Condition
Teak frames cleaned and oiled and looking great . Webbing replaced . New foam cushions upholstered in a lovely Camira Blazer fabric in teal which is a pure new wool . Colour Ambleside .
As with all vintage furniture you must expect to see some minor signs of wear if you look very closely .
