2 1960’s Fog and Morup copper Orient pendant lamps
The iconic Orient or Orientale pendant lamp is one of Jo Hammerborg’s most famous and sought after designs. Here we have 2 of the larger size in copper with rosewood finials. One is in good condition with just one small knock , the other has a few larger ones. You’ll also see them in spun aluminium with ebonised finials which are less popular. They’re solid copper with a white sprayed interior so are heavier than the aluminium ones. You’ll also see some re-issued ones, but they’re not by Fog and Morup as the company is long gone.
Some come with original plastic diffusers , but not all and these don’t.
£600 is for the 2.
They’ve been rewired to current UK standards and PAT tested.
Diameter around 33/34 cms, height to top of finial about 38cms
Condition
Rewired to UK standards. Both have knocks to the copper and are priced accordingly see photos as they show condition really well.
