Item Description
A refined French Empire Revival three-branch brass chandelier dating from the Mid-20th Century, distinguished by its elegant swan-head motifs and subtle turquoise-painted accents.
The central lyre-form frame is crowned by a flared trumpet-shaped collar and flanked by three finely cast swan heads, a classical Empire motif associated with elegance and refinement. From the central sphere extend three arrow-form (flèche) arms, each supporting a candle/bulb socket . The combination of these neoclassical elements creates a light and balanced silhouette, characteristic of French Empire Revival design. The warm brass finish is beautifully complemented by the soft turquoise accents, lending the chandelier a distinctive decorative quality that sits comfortably in both traditional and contemporary interiors.
Professionally rewired and PAT tested to UK standards, with replacement cream candle sleeves ,the chandelier is ready for installation.
